We have top-notch athletic and recreational facilities — an ice arena, tennis and beach volleyball courts, Fallbrook hiking trails, to name just a few — providing opportunities to participate in team sports, individual fitness activities, and outdoor adventures.

Health and Wellness

At Oswego, we prioritize our students’ well-being with comprehensive physical, mental, and emotional support. Our fitness centers provide extensive workout facilities, group classes, and personal training. On-site healthcare professionals offer medical and preventative care, while our mental health services include counseling, crisis intervention, and support groups. We’ve got your back!

ATHLETICS

Compete at a high level

Our NCAA Division III athletics program provides opportunities for you to compete at a high level while balancing academics and athletics. You’ll develop leadership and teamwork skills that will serve you well in all aspects of your life.

Our athletic teams compete in the SUNY Athletic Conference and have a long tradition of excellence, with numerous conference championships and national championships. Our student athletes develop important skills such as teamwork, discipline and leadership.

One of four residence halls on west campus and open to first-year students, Oneida offers standard double rooms in a corridor style building.

Overlooking Glimmerglass Lagoon and Lake Ontario, Onondaga Hall is the only suite-style residence hall on campus.

Riggs has a convenient tunnel connection to Lakeside Dining Hall and residents often take advantage of it’s close proximity to the lake.
